Professional Experience
Steve began in the plaster industry while working on scaffolding crews during his summers in high school. After graduation from college Steve joined his father at BakerTriangle and began overseeing Baker Drywall, soon after, becoming owner. Former AWCI, DACA and ASA North Texas President. Currently serves as Chairman of TEXO. Awarded the prestigious AWCI Pinnacle Award in 2010.
Personal Data
Steve and his wife Carol have been married 32 years. They have three children, Allison, Bryan and Clark; and a son-in-law Taylor Vieger and a daughter-in-law Hilary Baker. Steve is a proud grandfather of Luke Austin Baker. He enjoys hunting, traveling, ranching, spending time with his family and when called upon - golfing.

Graduate of Texas Tech University, 1975 with a BBA in Business.
